Our vision for the RUS Bus site begins with the simple recognition that the impact of this project extends far beyond its footprint. With a mixed-use, multi-modal-first, vertically integrated development approach, we will aim to realize the greatest potential of this site as a complete public space and a precedent setting project for the Triangle region.
